How do I book a Battle Station for my event?Simply fill out the Event Inquiry Form on our Contact Us page. We require the date, location, and guest count to provide you with a personalized quote and check our availability.
How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (March–June and September–November), as popular dates fill up quickly. Last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability.
What is included in the Battle Station rental?Your rental includes the custom gaming machine, the display solution (Giant Inflatable Screen OR HD TV), all necessary consoles/equipment, a vast library of multiplayer games, and professional delivery, full setup, staff support (if applicable to your package), and teardown.
What is your service area?We proudly serve Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. If you are located within this area, we travel directly to your location!
Do you charge a travel fee?For events within Broward County, no travel fee is typically charged. Due to the size of our service area, a small travel surcharge may apply for events in the far north regions of Palm Beach County or the far south regions of Miami-Dade County. This fee, if applicable, will be clearly itemized and included in your personalized quote.

Setup & Venue Requirements

How much space is needed for a Battle Station?The space needed depends on the size of the screen and the number of players. We recommend at least a 10 ft x 15 ft area for a single setup to ensure comfortable viewing and playing space. We will discuss space requirements based on your specific venue when booking.
Do you provide the power and internet connection?We require access to standard electrical outlets. While most of our games a local multiplayer which requires no internet connection, If your event requires online multiplayer (which we can discuss), a reliable Wi-Fi signal or wired internet connection must be provided by the host. We bring all necessary extension cords and power strips.
How long does setup and teardown take?Setup usually takes between 45–90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the screen choice and the number of Battle Stations booked. Teardown takes approximately 30–60 minutes. This time is included in your rental package and is not part of your playtime.
Can you set up indoors?Absolutely! Unlike restrictive game trailers, our flexible inflatable screens and HD TVs allow us to set up in basements, living rooms, gymnasiums, community halls, and corporate venues.

How do you handle bright sunlight or daytime events?We use our Large-Screen High-Definition TVs for daytime outdoor events or brightly lit indoor venues, which eliminates glare and washout, guaranteeing crystal-clear visibility for your guests.
When is the Giant Inflatable Screen used?The inflatable screens are best suited for evening events, nighttime parties, or dark indoor venues where the massive scale creates a cinematic and immersive experience.
What happens if it rains?If your event is outdoors, we require a suitable indoor backup location (a garage, patio cover, tent, or venue room). We cannot operate our equipment in rain, strong winds, or wet conditions to protect both your guests and our equipment. We will work with you to plan for weather contingencies.

What kind of games do you offer?Our curated library features a wide variety of multiplayer titles, including competitive sports, high-speed racing, party games, co-op challenges, and family-friendly fun. We ensure every game is rated appropriately for your audience.
How many people can play at one time, and how do you handle large crowds?Each Battle Station is set up for simultaneous multiplayer (typically 2-4 players at once, depending on the game). We also optimize for quick game sets and easy-to-learn games so that many people can cycle through the games quickly, ensuring wait time is minimized and maximum engagement is achieved. When you book multiple Battle Stations, you further increase the total number of players who can enjoy the fun simultaneously.
